I am very pleased to have the honor of attending the 10K race on behalf of The Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care (SPHC)  this time. The last time I participated in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon was more than 20 years ago. This time, I mustered up the courage to take on this challenge again. It is not only a matter of personal confidence, but also a hope to support cancer patients and their caregivers. A small step, I hope can bring them immense encouragement. Let's work hard together!

 很高興今次有幸為善寧會出席10K賽跑。對上一次參加渣馬已經是20多年前，今次鼓起勇氣再作出這挑戰，不僅是對個人的信心，也希望提供癌症病人及其照顧者的支持。小小的一步，希望可以為他們帶來無比的鼓勵。大家一起努力吧！
