I believe that other cancer patients, like others, need the care of their family and friends and the society.
2025 was truly a difficult year for our family. We accompanied our relative in her cancer battle for three years, undergoing several major surgeries and two full years of chemotherapy. It was not easy for her at all. Although her health fluctuated during treatment, she always offered comfort and a smile. Gradually, she became a heroine in our family's eyes, a role model for our grandchildren. I hope they will remember her hard work and strength whenever they face challenges as they grow older. I'm grateful that our family spent time together during her final moments. The best we could do was be there for her, cheering her up, and creating more beautiful memories.
I believe that other cancer patients, like others, need the care and support of their families, friends, and the wider community. I hope that this charity run will raise awareness of the Cancer Information Network and empower those in need to unite and support each other.
