Keeping up my exercise routine amidst my demanding work schedule gives me more energy and focus to accompany my patients. Doctors often recommend exercise, but we shouldn't just rely on verbal advice. Being busy is no excuse. We should lead by example, showing those around us how to manage our time wisely and focus on what truly matters to us. Taking care of yourself means making time for exercise every day. Even if it's just five minutes a day, over the course of a year, you've gained at least 1,825 minutes of healthy time.
